1. Personal Data We Collect
We may collect contact information such as your full name, email address and phone number; professional information such as your LinkedIn URL, current role, industry and years of experience; application information including why you want to break into tech sales and how you heard about us; and technical data such as IP address, browser type and device information via cookies.
2–3. Collection and Use of Personal Data
We collect data directly when you apply, book a call or contact us; through our website via cookies and analytics tools if enabled; and through communications such as email, WhatsApp and social media. We use this data to assess programme applications, administer enrolment and certification, communicate programme updates, support job placement, send future cohort information only with consent, and comply with legal obligations.
4–6. Disclosure, Security and Retention
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data. We may share it with programme delivery service providers such as Notion, Google Workspace and Discord or WhatsApp, and with legal authorities where required. Service providers are contractually required to protect data in line with PDPA. We use access controls, HTTPS encryption and data minimisation. Application and programme records are retained for 12 months after programme completion; job placement records for 12 months after placement, then deleted or anonymised.

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent by writing to us. Withdrawal may affect our ability to deliver the programme or support placement.
